Are you looking for a challenging role that combines sales and administrative skills? We are seeking a Sales Support or Sales Administrator to join our team in Elstree.

About the Job:
  • You will provide administrative support to our Sales Team, managing sales administration and processes, including research, documentation, quotations, and Sales Orders.
  • You will make calls to stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm installation dates, parts availability, or other requirements.
  • Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Shipping departments where necessary.

We require a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales support, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

About You:
  • Experience in a process-driven environment (ISO preferred) with a good understanding of workflow methodology.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Teams, CRM/SOP data entry (Sage a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail – product codes and strong numeracy essential.
  • Customer-focused professional telephone manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
