About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a sales support administrator in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team in the UK and Germany.
  2. Assisting with the management of sales orders and quotes from customers in the UK and Germany.
  3. Communicating directly with customers via email and telephone to deal with queries and issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and experience working in a similar environment. You will also need knowledge of logistics and be able to work effectively with freight agents and warehouse staff.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
