Robert Walters UK is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team in a support role. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining financial order within the organisation. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, administering BACS payments, verifying new sub-contractors, and maintaining records for audit purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing Sub Contract invoices
  • Administration of BACS payments and BACS supplier payments
  • Verification of all new Sub-Contractors in line with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) standards and managing monthly CIS returns
  • Maintaining new Sub-Contractor records for audit purposes
  • Dealing with Sub-Contractors queries over the phone and via email
  • Liaising with internal Teams to resolve queries
  • Ensuring all invoices are uploaded onto the internal system
  • Invoice matching to site orders and PODs
  • Costing invoices to contracts
