A temporary Accounts Administrator role is available at CV-Library in St Albans, offering a part-time position with 25-28 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will maintain up-to-date invoices, manage debtors and clients, and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks and credit control software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently chase outstanding debts from clients
  2. Manage customer inquiries and escalate as required
  3. Accurately reconcile financial records
  4. Prepare and send accurate invoices and credit notes

Additional duties include general office administration support, data entry, phone and email management, office supplies management, credit checks, and filing and paper management.

This temporary assignment requires immediate start and may last approximately one month but could extend into the new year.

The estimated salary range for this position is between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
