Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Directors and Heads of Departments within the Finance department.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, meeting organization, and general support for the finance teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administration role, with a strong understanding of Google Suite and Microsoft packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Directors and Heads of Departments within Finance
- Support the treasury team with preparing documents for high-tier prizes
- Attend monthly prize claim panel to record minutes
- Organize meetings, manage diaries, and make travel arrangements
- Oversee ad-hoc administrative tasks and project-based work as required
- Adhere to internal processes and policies within Finance
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar administration role
- Diary management experience
- Ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft packages
