About the Job

We are Allwyn UK, a leading lottery operator with a market-leading presence in several countries. Our National Lottery transformation journey requires a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our Finance team.

As an experienced administrator, you will provide critical support to our Directors and Heads of Departments, ensuring the smooth running of departmental processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors and Heads of Departments
  2. Prepare documents for high-tier prizes with the treasury team
  3. Record minutes at the monthly prize claim panel
  4. Manage meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
  5. Support project-based work as required
