Due to continuous expansion, this well-established organisation are looking for two Sales Administrators working within a Buying team. This logistics support role involves liaising internally with sales teams, finance and satellite offices, as well as liaising externally with international clients and suppliers. You will be looking to work in a busy and lively office environment, being a committed and ambitious individual.

Duties include:

- Monitoring orders from through to delivery using various systems
- Completing quotes for business customers
- Negotiating pricing with suppliers
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with suppliers and customers
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries are on time or earlier than scheduled
- Coordination of deliveries internally
- Using Excel and in-house systems to complete tasks

What makes a good Sales Administrator:
An excellent sense of time management and organisational ability, strong problem-solving skills and a calm but proactive approach. You will also require excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with suppliers and customers, strong IT skills, including MS Excel. You will be extremely customer focused.
