Office Administrator - Maternity Cover - Required in Watford (WD17)
Full-time, Temporary contract
20 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays
9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday

**Key tasks include but are not limited to**:
- Ensure a first-class front of house service is always provided to visitors & staff. Including answering telephones in a professional manner and greeting visitors at the office
- Data input duties using MS Excel
- Place daily supply orders for client’s premises
- Liaise with suppliers daily to resolve / escalate any issues
- Reconcile orders to supplier invoices
- Assist with new client queries / estimates
- Raise client recharge invoices
- Assist with the purchase ledger and associated monthly payment runs
- Support departments with reports & research
- Daily office duties; booking meeting rooms, printing, photocopying, processing the post and writing letters
- Provide support to the Directors and Site Managers
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, communicate effectively and build trust with clients
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Can multi-task in a fast paced customer service environment
- Experience in data input and ability to analyse data
- Experience in office administration
- Xero System knowledge preferable
**Salary**: £30k to £32k per annum
