Spanning nearly 8000 sq ft, the venue will feature a relaxed, upscale atmosphere with an open kitchen, outdoor seating, bar seating, and a selection of private dining rooms. They will offer lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Job Description: As the Reservations Manager , you will be instrumental in managing our reservation system, ensuring smooth and efficient bookings, and providing outstanding customer service. You will oversee all reservation activities, from initial inquiries to final confirmations, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management:
    • Manage all restaurant reservations, ensuring efficient and accurate booking processes.
    • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
    • Maintain and optimize the reservation system to maximize table occupancy and turnover.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Ensure a personalized and welcoming experience for all guests from their initial contact through their visit.
    • Handle VIP and special occasion bookings, ensuring memorable and seamless experiences.
  • Team Coordination:

    • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
    • Train and mentor reservation staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • System and Process Optimization:
    • Implement and maintain reservation management systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
    • Analyse reservation trends and provide regular reports to the management team, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and refine reservation policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Work with the marketing team to promote special events, seasonal offers, and exclusive dining experiences.
    • Manage online presence, updating reservation platforms and responding to online reviews.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase reservations and revenue through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Resolve reservation-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
