Role Overview:
We seek a Lead Hostess to collaborate with the Reception Manager in upholding the front-of-house (FOH) standards across our diverse offerings. This role involves leading the FOH operations, warmly welcoming our esteemed guests, and coordinating with our external reservations team and third-party agencies to maximize bookings and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead our FOH team to ensure every guest receives a sincere and professional first and last impression.
- Maintain the highest levels of discretion and professionalism when interacting with high-profile guests.
- Serve as the primary contact for our VIP clientele.
- Foster relationships with regular patrons through consistent client-facing interactions.
- Train, develop, and mentor the team of hosts and hostesses.
- Ensure all FOH areas are impeccably maintained.
- Oversee the relationship with our external reservations team to optimize table occupancy.
- Ensure accurate communication of all reservations to management and kitchen teams.
- Manage the flow of guests entering the venue.
- Collaborate with department heads and corporate teams to explore opportunities for enhancing our space utilization.
- Act as a liaison for concierge and lifestyle management companies to elevate our brand visibility.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant.
- A commercially driven mindset to support sales growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
