Key Qualifications

• As a vital part of our Food & Beverage division, you will focus on delivering memorable and personalized experiences for both guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail is crucial; you should be adept at capturing guest feedback and presenting information accurately to all stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity within a luxury setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, along with familiarity with computer systems such as Opera, Adeco, and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
• Utilize Opera, OpenTable, The Fork, and Microsoft Office efficiently to manage various tasks.
• Handle reservations for all Food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.
• Manage correspondence related to meetings, events, and food and beverage inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Update reservation systems with pertinent event details and special menu information.
• Oversee online reservation availability and collaborate with the operations team to optimize guest service and revenue.
• Accurately input and track all inquiries and bookings in the relevant systems.
• Liaise with the Marketing team regarding menu updates and website content accuracy.
• Regularly check the functionality of online reservation channels and address any issues in collaboration with the operations and marketing teams.
• Conduct property tours to showcase the hotel’s offerings at convenient times for potential clients.
• Prepare and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to operational departments in advance of events.
• Work with the reservations team to create and present proposals for event inquiries that include accommodation.
• Coordinate with key hotel departments to ensure event requirements are met to the highest standards.
• Lead weekly BEO meetings with operational teams.
• Send out branded materials, menus, and proposals as needed.
• Gather relevant information and assist clients throughout the event planning process to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare printed materials for Private Dining events in advance.
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence with external and internal parties, ensuring regular updates and meticulous checks.
• For select events, be present to welcome guests upon arrival whenever feasible.
