This venue focuses on dry-aged beef, wild forage, and sustainable British produce, delivering a distinctive and innovative culinary journey.

Role Overview:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Soft Opening: Mid-September
• Days Off: Sunday & Monday
• Shifts: 2 double shifts & 3 single shifts per week
• Contracts: 45 hours with paid overtime

Key Duties:

• Greet and seat patrons with warmth and professionalism
• Oversee reservations to guarantee effective seating arrangements
• Coordinate seamlessly between front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Deliver exemplary customer service

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in lead receptionist roles within upscale or Michelin-starred establishments
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding communication and hospitality abilities
• Proficiency in managing reservations and guest inquiries
