Previous experience in a talent management environment is essential.

A strong passion for and understanding of the industry across film, theatre, and television is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is expected. Experience with video editing software (such as Clip Champ, Video Pad, iMovie) is essential.
Familiarity with social media and website content management systems is required.
The ideal candidate should be resilient, adaptable, and creative.

A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and stamina is essential, as additional hours may be required. A flexible approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn quickly are also important.
