About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interim Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our client's esteemed £1 billion+ consumer services business based in London. This is a pivotal role designed to drive revenue growth and provide strategic commercial leadership during a transitional period until a permanent CCO is appointed at the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving substantial revenue growth.

Team Management: Oversee a team of 40 commercial professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective team collaboration.

Revenue Growth: Identify and implement innovative strategies to maximise revenue, leveraging market opportunities and optimising sales channels.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive business success.

Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure the achievement of commercial targets.

Interim Leadership: Provide effective interim leadership, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of operations until the permanent CCO joins.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or similar executive role within a large-scale consumer services business.

Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial success.

Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience working in an interim capacity is a plus.
