Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Hourly rate: £13.33p/h - £15.40p/h
Location: Brentford, West London
Hours of work: 9am to 5.30pm - fully onsite (may offer flexibility later down the line)
Start date: 13th August until 29th November (3.5-month temporary role)

This company specialises in providing educational assessments that help identify students' strengths, learning gaps, and needs. Their tools are used globally to inform teaching strategies and measure progress. The project team are looking for a temporary data entry administrator to assist them with data entry and responding to all incoming emails in response to a large marketing campaign involving an upcoming assessment trial . The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.
* Assist with recruitment administration for the upcoming assessment trial.
* Email and call schools about the assessment trial.
* Support with customer queries regarding the trial.
* Track pledges from participating schools.
* Set up sittings for schools on the Testwise platform.
* Manage incentive payments for participating schools.
* Perform regular data integrity checks.
* Generate reports and compile data for analysis.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.

Experience needed:

Proven experience in data entry or administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
