Job Summary

Charmax LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team in the day-to-day operations of our law firm. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including stationery orders, contract management, and IT equipment maintenance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our central diary and office database.
  • Document Management: Ensure the proper storage, archiving, and destruction of client documentation.
  • Support Services: Assist solicitors with case management system data entry and maintenance of HR records.
  • Training and Development: Book training courses and coordinate with supervisors on training needs.
  • Financial Management: Assist with data entry for purchases and invoicing on software.
Essential Qualities:
  • Attention to Detail: Diligence in data entry and record keeping.
  • Team Player: A can-do attitude and willingness to help out where needed.
  • Technical Skills: IT literacy with excellent typing skills and ability to master different software systems quickly.
  • Communication: High level of written and spoken English.
