**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at a prestigious beauty business. As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless HR processes for employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage new starter, changes, and leaver administration processes for retail and head office employees, ensuring compliance with contractual and payroll requirements.
  • Set up new starters to obtain staff discounts and obtain references for new employees.
  • Issue references for ex-employees and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Complete medical health questionnaire audits to identify potential risks.
  • Perform payroll duties as required and complete photocopying, shredding, and scanning tasks.
  • Collate HR reports and information as needed and update PowerPoint presentations.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Confidence in using various platforms to complete work.
