We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to support the HR Team at Portfolio HR & Reward in delivering exceptional services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  2. Assist with HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  3. Maintain and secure employee records and personnel files, adhering to data protection regulations.
  4. Ensure accurate data for payroll and HR reporting, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  5. Conduct safeguarding checks, including references and DBS checks, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  6. Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  7. Track probation and absence management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR services, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  1. Level 2 qualification in English, Maths, and Science.
  2. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  3. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Experience with IT applications, including HR software and systems.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible approach to meet changing business needs.
  6. Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
