We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our investment banking client to support their HR team on a 9 month contract basis. This role will provide administrative support to the full employee lifecycle in London and EMEA. You will act as a first point of contact to managers and employees on HR queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding of new employees, including contracts, background checks and inductionsAdvise on HR policies to ensure legislation complianceProvide Global Mobility assistance for employees transferring locationsHandle day-to-day tasks related to the employee lifecycleLiaise with centres of excellence teams including benefits, payroll and learning & development to ensure records are updated accurately with leavers etc.Support HR projects and initiatives as needed Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Administrator in financial or professional servicesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience using WorkdayAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks/prioritiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident communication skills and client first approach This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to take the next step in their career with a global financial services firm.
