Position Overview

Our client, a distinguished international law firm with a strong focus on Private Client services, is seeking to appoint a HR Systems Administrator to enhance their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

The HR Systems Administrator will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR Systems team, executing responsibilities efficiently and within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and refresh employee information within the HR Systems platform
  • Produce reports and interpret HR data to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure compliance
  • Offer technical assistance to HR personnel and staff concerning the HR Systems platform
  • Guarantee the precision and confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation
  • Support the setup and evaluation of updates and improvements to the HR Systems
  • Provide necessary data and insights for various compensation and salary benchmarking initiatives
  • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing processes and reducing manual tasks where feasible
  • Ensure that the local operations of the HR Systems and associated processes adhere to the Data Protection Act and GDPR requirements
  • Serve as the initial point of contact on the HR Systems/SSO help desk for all inquiries and issues raised by users, responding promptly and appropriately, including escalation when necessary

The ideal candidate for the HR Systems Administrator role will be a proactive individual capable of adapting swiftly to changing circumstances. Previous experience in HR systems and data administration, particularly within a professional services environment, is preferred. The successful applicant will demonstrate confidence, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines while providing exceptional service to the firm.
