ISS Facility Services UK is embarking on a significant transformation in our approach to workforce management. To support this initiative, we are enhancing our HR technology framework to improve our recruitment, onboarding, data management, and overall service delivery.
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will assist in the deployment of our new HR technology, establishing the governance, structure, and processes necessary to empower our organization.
Post-implementation, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of these systems.
Reporting to the IT People Systems Manager, the Technical Administrator for HR Systems will be instrumental in ensuring the effective operation and upkeep of our HR technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating the transition of a new HR System from project phase to business-as-usual operations
- Collaborating closely with the first-line People & Culture support team, providing technical and second-line support for People Systems
- Executing system administration tasks and maintaining relevant process documentation
- Overseeing and managing integrations between People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systems
- Administering the UK&I People & Culture technology landscape and architecture
- Assisting with Test and Release management processes
- Ensuring compliance with applicable IT General controls and data security standards
- Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders, including the People & Culture department, ISS UK IT Team, ISS Group System support teams, and external system providers
Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in:
- Contributing to successful projects through collaborative teamwork
- Supporting an HR Information System (HRIS) solution (such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and networking effectively
- Co-designing system solutions with a focus on user experience
- Managing system integrations
- Understanding Data Management principles and best practices
- Familiarity with GDPR and Data Governance policies
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment
- A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and business insight
Preferred Qualifications
It would be advantageous to have experience with:
- Various HR IS solutions or SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruitment, Talent Management)
- ServiceNow, Jira, or similar case management tools
- Document management solutions such as DocuSign or Opentext
- Reporting and Data Extraction/Manipulation Tools
- Interface design and technology options
- System implementations and data migration
