HR Systems Administrator

Simpson Judge is seeking a highly skilled Bureau Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the efficient administration and management of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Systems Administration: Oversee the administration of our HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
- iTrent Management: Administer the iTrent system, managing user access, security profiles, and data cleansing.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of our HR systems and workflows.
- Census Preparation: Assist with the annual census return, ensuring data quality and addressing any queries.
- System Updates: Manage updates and upgrades to iTrent, ensuring thorough testing and documentation.
- Collaboration on New Initiatives: Work with the Director of HR to develop business cases for new systems or improvements.
- External Provider Management: Monitor service levels from external systems providers and oversee change control and issue resolution.
- Enhanced Reporting Functionality: Develop reporting capabilities to provide HR information for management decision-making.
- Benchmarking Practices: Contribute to effective benchmarking of people management practices through timely reporting and submissions.
- Data Compliance: Ensure HR records and information comply with data protection legislation and other regulations.
- Support HR Activities: Deliver information and systems services to the wider business community as outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
- Data Integrity: Maintain high data integrity within HR Information Systems.
- Transition Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to business as usual.
- Collaboration on HR Projects: Work with HR colleagues to leverage systems knowledge in various projects.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a strong understanding of HR systems and processes, as well as experience in administration and data management.
