Job Overview

NBCUniversal is seeking a dedicated HR Project Administrator to join our International HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing our people strategy and achieving business goals while delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the team.

As part of a collaborative and supportive environment, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment in our approach across the organization. This position presents a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their project management capabilities within the HR domain, gaining insights into a diverse array of HR functions and contributing to significant HR projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and executing a variety of HR initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion projects.
  • Provide support to other members of the global HR team as required.
  • Organize and transfer confidential HR documents to a designated digital platform.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop standardized communication templates for future use.
  • Manage the HR communication inbox effectively.
  • Take an active role in planning and executing employee engagement activities across the organization.
  • Promote NBCUniversal's employee engagement programs and actively participate in the DEI Taskforce.
  • Assist in documenting discussions during various HR meetings.
  • Support the employee life-cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and exits.
  • Maintain and update the employee database and other HR systems accurately.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an HR setting is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage new processes and project outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of grammar.
  • Proficient in digital communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skilled in summarizing meeting discussions and organizing information effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of management and staff, including senior executives.
  • Methodical and organized approach to work with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines.
