Are you an immediately available HR Professional?

We are proud to be partnering with a national advice, support and research focused health charity to find an exceptional temporary HR & Payroll Administrator. This role offers flexible, hybrid working and is 25 hours per week for a minimum of 2-3 months with scope to become permanent.

Using Cascade (HR System) you will be responsible for the administration of changes into the HR information system, ensuring it is kept fully up-to-date and accurate at all times. You will also create data for the monthly payroll cycle and provide timely and accurate payroll change information and update any salary or contractual changes. You will also Administer the HR and Payroll inboxes and coordinate the online training portal.

You will assist the HR team to undertake pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new starters, including issuing offers and process the team's invoices, liaising with Finance colleagues to ensure timely payment, correct coding and accurate budget reports.

You will also be strong with data and provide other administrative support to the People team, including minute taking for formal meetings, statistical returns and running of reports from the HR system as required.

Experience of monthly payroll processes
Experience with Cascade (Desirable)
