About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Eireann Recruitment Services Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of key administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS):
    • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of our HR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Provide first-line support for employees regarding the system's functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Management of the HR Inboxes:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing advice and information on HR-related matters.
    • Escalate complex queries or concerns to the relevant HR Advisor or Business Partner.
    • Respond to external requests, such as employment, tenancy, and mortgage references.
  • Managing End-to-End HR Processes:
    • Oversee processes including new starter onboarding, leaver procedures, absence and sickness management, probation, secure ID cards, employee benefits, and childcare vouchers.
  • Maintaining HR Trackers:
    • Track employee start and leave dates, probation periods, and work experience placements.
  • Organising New Starter Inductions:
    • Coordinate and participate in weekly and monthly new starter inductions, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Creating and Sending Company-Wide Announcements:
    • Communicate company news and announcements via email and the intranet, keeping employees informed and engaged.
  • Supporting Recruitment:
    • Assist in creating job descriptions and adding vacancies to the intranet and internal job board.
    • Support in interviews as needed.
  • General Office Support Duties:
    • Perform tasks such as archiving, ordering stationery, and filing, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator or Office Support role, within a HR service would be an added advantage.
  • Experience working in a demanding role with multiple conflicting deadlines.
  • Previous experience of Information Systems/databases; experience using an HR System would be an added advantage.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to read policies and explain their context and application.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • 4.00pm finish on Friday
