Position Overview

We are looking for 3 dedicated Trial Administrators to join our dynamic team at the University of Bristol. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a skilled administrator to contribute to a diverse group of over 100 professionals within the Bristol Trials Centre, a recognized clinical trials unit.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to the Trial Manager(s), Chief Investigator, and research teams.
  • Engage with study participants, collaborating sites, and broader research networks.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including financial management, to ensure the smooth operation of the trial.
  • Organize meetings, document minutes, and maintain accurate data entry in trial databases.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of trial protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee adherence to governance regulations.
