About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Administrator to join our team at University College London Hospital. As a key member of our Cancer Clinical Trials Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the coordination and oversight of our trials portfolio and educational programs.
  • Assist the management team in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the department.
  • Collaborate with research nurses, clinical trial practitioners, and data managers to support local Investigators and ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and the R&D Governance Framework.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an administrative role and/or in a healthcare setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
