Job Title: National Account Manager - E-commerce

Location: London Office - Hybrid

Job Description

About the role:
  • Implementing eCommerce global vision, strategy, and execution standards with a focus on optimizing Content, Assortment, Ratings & Reviews, Search & Targeted Selling for various customer segments.
  • Developing detailed customer account plans aligned with business unit objectives and strategies.
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets and effectively managing the P&L impact.
  • Defining account-specific strategies for category growth based on consumer and customer needs.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify key growth opportunities.
  • Executing promotional activities and evaluating ROI of trade investments.
  • Creating customer-focused commercial propositions in line with brand plans.
  • Working closely with the digital marketing team to implement strategies within key e-commerce accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree level education preferably in Commercial disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce Sales, particularly with Amazon & Pureplay accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering key e-commerce KPIs.
  • Understanding of key business functions and UK customer/FMCG market.
  • Strong data analysis, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and confidence.
