Key Role: National Account Manager

As a National Account Manager at UPS, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, while also supporting existing customers to drive revenue and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate customer records, track performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Background: Proven experience in freight logistics or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent project and time management skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and experience in presentation creation and delivery.
  • Personal Qualities: Driven by individual and team targets, excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications: Clean driving license for at least two years.
