We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at Beam Suntory, a leading global spirits company. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for growing our premium spirits portfolio across a number of specialist accounts in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness with key customers.
- Work closely with our commercial marketing team to bring brand plans to life in the market and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with other functions, such as finance and operations, to ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and developing mutually beneficial growth plans.
- Manage promotional plans and launch new products with key customers, driving sales and brand growth.
- 3+ years of sales or commercial experience, including working with premium products in the spirits industry.
- Demonstrable ability to grow premium products and drive commercial performance without compromising brand equity or provenance.
- Experience working in commercial within FMCG, with a proven track record of working with specialist retail outlets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to forecast accurately and communicate category insights to develop compelling growth plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and network with a variety of accounts.
- Passion for the drinks industry and a unique understanding of the whisky market.
