The Role

  • To manage existing key and national on-trade customers and RTM Accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
  • To identify and open up new key/national account listings, leveraging industry connections and relationships.
  • To spot opportunities and capitalize on them, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • To inspire and motivate others within the team with expertise and passion, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

This is an exciting chance for an experienced Key Account Manager/National Account Manager/Senior National Account Manager to shape a role that aligns with their strengths and interests, potentially leading to people management responsibilities.

About You

  • An experienced professional with a proven track record in managing key or national on-trade customers, with a passion for the spirits industry.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to work for a smaller company and make a meaningful impact.
  • Experience managing RTM customers is a plus, as is a background in business-to-business sales or a related field.
  • Based in London, with a strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
