National Account Development Manager - Contract Catering Opportunity at Red Bull UK

The National Account Development Manager at Red Bull UK is responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives. This role involves managing key customer relationships and collaborating with various internal teams to achieve sales targets. The focus is on the catering channel and broader On-Premise channel. The NADM will oversee the UK's largest contract caterer, Compass Group, working to unlock key relationships and drive profitable growth. Building relationships with stakeholders, executing marketing initiatives, and becoming an expert in market trends, consumer behavior, and customer insights are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Forecast, track, and drive portfolio growth through effective sales strategies
  • Manage customer contact strategy and internal collaboration to achieve sales targets
  • Become an expert in market trends, consumer behavior, and customer insights to inform business decisions
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Red Bull, promoting the company's values and products
  • Proven track record in a commercial environment with a focus on business development
  • Experience in account management, sales, and P&L accountability
  • Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and utilize sales data effectively to inform business decisions
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a focus on results and a passion for driving business growth
  • Travel 60-70% to engage with customers and stakeholders
