The Role

  • To manage existing key and national on-trade customers and RTM Accounts, driving sales growth and building strong relationships.
  • To identify and open up new key / national account listings, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • To spot opportunities and capitalize on them, staying ahead of the competition and exceeding targets.
  • To inspire and motivate others within the team with expertise and passion, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to shape a role for themselves, either within national accounts or in people management, and make a real impact on our business.

You

  • An experienced Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager with a passion for the spirits industry and a desire to work for a smaller company.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with experience of managing key or national on-trade customers, and a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing RTM customers would be a significant advantage, as would a background in the spirits industry.
  • A strong understanding of the on-trade market and a ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Based in London, with a willingness to travel and attend industry events.
