Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop national accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including new product launches and tenders.
  • Monitor the competitive marketplace, staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting business opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry, including trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
