Job Title: National Account Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national account customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve budgeted targets in terms of gross sales value and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK discounters and wholesale channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our national account customers.
  • Proactively communicate business opportunities and risks to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business growth and account management experience in the UK discounters and wholesale channel.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
