Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve budgeted targets in terms of gross sales value and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK discounters and wholesale channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate business opportunities and risks to senior management and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business growth and account management experience in the UK discounters and wholesale channel.
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
