About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve budgeted growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national account customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national account customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business growth strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business growth strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in national account sales or business development
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
