About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized National Account Development Manager to join our team at Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation®. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our Wholesale and Convenience customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Wholesale and Convenience channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Booker and Bestway
  • Manage and grow your own customer base, identifying new opportunities and developing sales plans to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and career-minded individual with a strong background in sales and customer development. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
