About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at PIE Recruitment. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships within the Convenience Channel, driving business growth, and delivering profitable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including supporting new product listings, delivering promotional plans, and ensuring stock availability in ranged stores.
  • Develop and maintain complex customer relationships, including Bestway & Costco, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders, build a network of contacts, and conduct regular store visits to ensure activity is happening and to review the competitor set.
  • Work with the account lead and category team to develop engaging sell-in stories for new products.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability in the Convenience Channel.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in National Accounts, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Results-orientated and able to deliver account/channel targets.
  • Numerate, with a good understanding of P&Ls and margins, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
