About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at ARC Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales for top National and E-Retail accounts, while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including national and e-retail accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional plans, including negotiating funding or brand support
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and present business cases to senior stakeholders to influence implementation and drive business results
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing key accounts, with a proven track record of success
  • E-Retail account management experience is essential
  • Ability to understand and analyze data, with strong presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Knowledge of digital partnership marketing and ability to develop effective promotional plans
