We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand Marketing to join my clients team in Nottingham. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative marketing strategies that grow our brand's presence and drive customer engagement. You will have line management responsibility and be expected to bring a deep understanding of the full marketing mix and best practices in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior brand/communications marketing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in line management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
