  • Work with legal teams to develop and maintain talent contract templates, ensuring compliance with all legal standards.
  • Assist in managing press showroom appointments with your designated talent pool to support product promotion.
  • Engage with peers and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of departmental processes and project briefs.
  • Support senior management in analytical reporting post-campaign to evaluate talent-led initiatives.
  • Coordinate budgets with internal teams to ensure financial forecasts are adhered to.
  • Act as a champion for talent within the organization, staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent YunoJuno at branded talent events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A collaborative team player with a strong passion for content, particularly in relation to influencers and creators.
  • Interest in fashion and talent, with existing connections in the influencer and talent management space.
  • Experience working with influencers and agents across various project types.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to spot emerging trends and talent.
  • Negotiation skills are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Deeply engaged with youth culture and digital trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to represent the YunoJuno brand positively in all interactions.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and pop culture relevant to our target audience.
