Campaign Development Executive - Germany

We are seeking a talented Campaign Development Executive to join our growing team in Germany. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with students and drive brand engagement.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with UNiDAYS' brand identity and business objectives, focusing on key student moments and interests.
  • Identify compelling themes, messaging, and creative concepts that resonate with the German student market.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to create engaging campaigns that excite our partner brands and deliver tangible results.
  • Lead the development and execution of detailed marketing plans for major events like Back to School, Black Friday, and Christmas, ensuring new member acquisition and increased engagement.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall goals.
  • Implement test measurement programs to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement, ultimately driving ROI.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to secure brand partnerships and integrate campaigns effectively within the UNiDAYS platform.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, ideally within the student or youth market.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, with a focus on engaging students online.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make informed recommendations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
