Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Engagement Marketing Lead, you will:
- Drive demand-generating initiatives, including annual strategy development, messaging, creative execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the New Customer Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Enhance creative approaches through A/B testing to boost engagement and appointment rates.
- Produce precise and timely reports on marketing efforts and customer insights.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-6 years of experience in a CRM, brand, or communications role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across teams, senior management, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
- The capacity to work autonomously, analyze data from diverse sources, and resolve challenges.
- A willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
