Overview:

As a vital member of the Customer Engagement team, you will play a key role in fostering customer loyalty through the design, implementation, and refinement of targeted marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on developing innovative customer relationship management (CRM) strategies that align with our brand values and customer engagement objectives, delivering tailored content that resonates with our audience.

Under the mentorship of the Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with various internal departments, including marketing, trading, and brand management, to ensure effective communication strategies are in place. Additionally, you will partner with our analytics team to create and execute high-quality email and direct mail campaigns that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multi-channel customer engagement campaigns to meet company objectives, guiding creative and copy direction.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to improve targeting and utilize data effectively.
  • Formulate CRM strategies aimed at customer retention, reactivation, and acquisition, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs to provide clear direction for campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including engagement rates and sales growth.
  • Lead and mentor a Marketing Assistant.

Requirements:

  • A creative thinker with a strong focus on customer needs.
  • Experience in marketing, especially in one-to-one and/or digital contexts, with a solid understanding of Email and Direct Mail strategies and emerging CRM technologies.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
