About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Beauty and Brand Partnerships team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing communications with our internal brand partner No7. You will work closely with our data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in the use of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-channel (Email, Direct Mail, App Content) Loyalty campaigns to deliver Boots and No7 objectives. Responsible for copy and creative direction.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in the use of our data.
  • Develop CRM strategies to retain existing, win back lapsed and acquire new customers. Championing the customer journey and life time value.
  • Produce clear, concise and insightful briefs to ensure clear direction.
  • Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales
  • Line management of 1 Marketing Assistant
What You'll Need to Have
  • A creative individual with a customer-first mind set.
  • Working in marketing and preferably 121 and/or digital environment with experience in Email and Direct Mail and familiar with emerging CRM technologies.
  • Passionate about Boots and our customers and keen interest in beauty and skincare.
  • Proactive in finding solutions not problems.
