Overview:

As a key member of the Loyalty Marketing team, you will play a vital role in fostering customer engagement through the design, implementation, and refinement of targeted marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative CRM strategies that align with our brand objectives, delivering personalized content that resonates with our clientele.

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you will work alongside various internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams and brand managers, to ensure effective communication strategies are in place. You will also partner with our analytics team to create and execute impactful email and direct mail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multi-channel loyalty initiatives to meet company objectives, guiding creative and copy direction.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to enhance targeting and optimize data utilization.
  • Formulate CRM strategies aimed at customer retention, reactivation, and acquisition, with a focus on improving the customer journey and lifetime value.
  • Draft clear and comprehensive briefs to guide project direction.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including engagement rates and sales growth.
  • Supervise a Marketing Assistant.

Requirements:

  • A creative thinker with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in marketing, particularly in one-to-one and/or digital environments, with expertise in Email and Direct Mail, as well as a solid understanding of emerging CRM technologies.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
