  • Work closely with sales teams to implement effective candidate engagement and business development campaigns across Thorn Baker's primary brands: Industrial, Construction, and Facilities Management.
  • Proactively design, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, encompassing email outreach, online advertising, public relations, social media, and digital marketing efforts.
