About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Buzz Bingo. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating incoming requests from various departments to ensure all essential details are included and the objectives of the campaign are clearly defined.
  • Assisting in prioritizing incoming requests to ensure that the most critical campaigns receive optimal visibility across our marketing platforms.
  • Collaborating on copywriting to support campaigns, ensuring that key messages are effectively communicated and align with our brand voice.
  • Coordinating design efforts for promotional materials that highlight key messages and are visually appealing while adhering to the Buzz brand guidelines.
  • Working with our marketing agency for the production and distribution of physical marketing materials, including managing budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinating with the CMS team to ensure that campaign promotions are accurately reflected on our website.
  • Engaging with the CRM teams to guarantee that significant campaigns are correctly represented in our customer communication strategies.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to verify that all campaign details and materials are accurate and compliant.
  • Participating in cross-departmental meetings to explore how we can support each other's campaigns effectively.
  • Clearly communicating upcoming campaign strategies to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Reviewing completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Encouraging a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and contributing innovative ideas for future enhancements.
  • Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks, shared on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supporting marketing initiatives through owned channels, including website content, point of sale, and digital asset creation.
  • Familiarity with processes that guide marketing from initial brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy to ensure that the most critical messages receive appropriate emphasis.
  • Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are engaging while remaining consistent with brand identity.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy in spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to present campaign metrics and results to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced marketing environment and responsive to changes.
