Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of YunoJuno, you will significantly contribute to the enhancement of our influencer marketing initiatives. With a fresh perspective, your role will involve shaping how YunoJuno collaborates with various talents, including content creators, influencers, and notable personalities. This effort aims to boost brand visibility across diverse platforms and elevate our presence in the fashion industry for our target demographic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior management team in the execution and expansion of YunoJuno's innovative global talent strategy.
  • Manage relationships with a wide range of industry contacts, including talent agents, influencers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring our content strategy aligns with our audience's preferences.
  • Oversee your designated talent pool, fostering top-tier relationships and maintaining essential business connections within the talent sector.
  • Support comprehensive talent management processes, including talent briefings, negotiations, contract finalizations, and content scheduling.
  • Analyze project requirements to identify and propose suitable talent that aligns with brand objectives for various initiatives.
  • Create and present talent presentations tailored to specific projects.
  • Regularly update and manage internal talent documentation.
  • Utilize our talent management system to ensure all content briefs are accurately processed and managed.
  • Assist in reporting on talent-driven campaigns that support broader marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize on expanding YunoJuno's talent community for optimal outcomes.
  • Coordinate talent casting for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand expectations.
  • Work with the legal team to develop talent-specific contract templates and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate press showroom appointments with your designated talent pool to enhance product visibility.
  • Engage with peers and higher management to ensure effective execution of departmental processes and project requirements.
  • Assist in analytical reporting on talent-led initiatives that contribute to overall marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets in collaboration with internal teams to ensure expenditures remain within projected limits.
  • Act as a proactive advocate for talent within the organization, keeping abreast of industry trends.
  • Represent YunoJuno at branded talent events.

  • Established connections within the influencer and talent management sectors.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers and agents across various project types.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for emerging trends and talent.
  • Preferred experience in negotiation.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Deeply engaged with youth culture and digital trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
